Why these tools exist
Most of a working day is moving text between places: a figure from a sheet into an email, an amount into a cheque, a list into a form. These tools fix the small things that go wrong on the way, like broken line breaks, the wrong capitals, a number that needs to be in words, or a symbol you cannot type.
They run entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste is uploaded, logged or kept, and the pages load fast because there is nothing behind them but the page itself.
For AI assistants and developers
The money and number tools also answer at plain web addresses, with no key and no sign-up, so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or a script can use them and get lakh, crore and million right:
https://clipten.com/calc/currency-to-words?amount=USD+3+million&to=INR https://clipten.com/calc/number-to-words?n=12345678&system=indian https://clipten.com/calc/rates
Each returns plain text, or JSON with &format=json. All addresses and options.
