ClipTen (https://clipten.com/) How it works

## How ClipTen works.
Two moves, ten slots.

Two shortcut keys copy and paste up to ten things at once. Save with C. Paste with V. Keep ⌘ Ctrl held the whole time, and finish with a number.

1Save
2Paste

Order matters

### Hold ⌘ Ctrl from start to finish.

Hold ⌘ Ctrl the whole time Saved to slot 1.
Number before C Nothing saved. ⌘ Ctrl1 switches tabs, then C is a normal copy.
Let go of ⌘ Ctrl too early Nothing saved. The 1 is typed like any other key.
Paste it back, the same way Slot 1 pasted where you clicked.

When to use it

### Whenever you copy the same few things again.

#### Customer support

Order number, tracking and address from the order page into every reply.

#### Forms and applications

Your name, email and profile link, copied once, pasted into every form.

#### Spreadsheets

Carry figures between sheets without flipping back for each cell.

#### Code

The command, the address and the snippet you reach for all day.

#### Files and pictures

A logo, a screenshot and a PDF on three keys, ready for any chat or email.

#### Writing and research

Quotes, links and page numbers, pasted into your draft as you write.

What stays the same

### Your shortcuts keep working.

#### Copy and paste, as always

Plain copy and paste work exactly like before. ClipTen only steps in when a number follows.

#### ⌘ Ctrl1 still switches tabs

A number without C or V first goes to your browser or app, as usual.

#### Pause any time

One switch turns ClipTen off, and back on when you want it.
