What ClipTen is

ClipTen gives you ten clipboards, one on every number key. Hold Ctrl, press C, then a number to save a copy there. Hold Ctrl, press V, then the same number to paste it, in any app. On a Mac it is the same with Command. Plain copy and paste still work exactly as before.

Why it exists

Copy and paste is the most repeated action on any computer, and the clipboard forgets the moment you copy again. Every extra item costs the same round trip: copy, switch window, paste, switch back, copy the next. ClipTen removes that trip for anyone who writes email, fills forms, moves spreadsheet rows, answers customer chats, studies or writes code.

History tools like Win + V keep a list you open and pick from. ClipTen puts the things you choose on fixed number keys, so a paste is one shortcut with no window at all.

How it is built

• Private by design. Nothing you copy leaves your computer. Slots are encrypted on disk, and copies a password manager marks secret are never saved. The app goes online only for your account and updates. More on the privacy page.
